(Pink Sheets: MNDP - News) has expanded operations in order to exploit opportunities to increase ongoing revenue from its wholly owned AirStar International subsidiary business. Mundus Group has added sales resources, targeted lucrative niche market applications, increased manufacturing capabilities, streamlined back office functions, and expanded its corporate headquarters to drive growth and revenue.

Mundus Group acquired AirStar International in July 2009. AirStar is a world leader in the design, engineering, production and sale of remote controlled Vertical Take Off and Landing (VTOL) Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV's). In its 20 year history customers have included various government agencies, numerous movie and TV studios, and many other companies. AirStar delivered twelve state of the art Weather System UAV drones to Texas, Louisiana and Gulf Coast government agencies for hurricane observation and early warning systems. As announced in our October press release, recent sales include an initial purchase of seven camera ships from Aero Desportes of Ecuador for the filming of movies and aerial footage of sporting events.

Mundus Group and AirStar have identified four niche industry applications with immediate potential for increased revenue. The company has formed divisions, added sales staff, and focused marketing and sales efforts on aerial surveillance, search and rescue, environmental monitoring and filming applications.

The company has also increased its manufacturing capabilities. As announced last month, AirStar has purchased a Computer Numerical Code (CNC) Machine which will enable in house prototyping/manufacturing of machined aircraft aluminum and steel parts. The company can create, validate, optimize, and manage designs from the conceptual design phase through the manufacturing process. With the ability to produce actual prototypes in-house, AirStar can visualize and simulate real-world performance of the design, accelerating the process.

To accommodate increased sales and manufacturing activities Mundus Group and AirStar have expanded their corporate headquarters in Moorpark, California. The company added 1600 square feet of office and shop space effective December 1, 2009.
